The Marlene Boll Theatre

A Theatre for Events and RentalsA true Black Box theatre, the Marlene Boll Theatre is a 50-by-50-foot space with seating banks that can be configured to accommodate up to 160 people. With its professional quality lighting and sound systems, the theater can support a wide variety of theatrical performances including dance, music and plays.

In addition to housing performances from the extensive roster of Y-Arts performing arts events, the facility is available for lease for a variety of uses.

Local Detroit-area performance groups are welcome to rent the Boll Theatre, which gives them access to a theatre space with high-quality equipment and a configurable seating and staging area.
